Labor & Travel
Rates Labor Rates: $105.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge)
This rate will be billed for all service calls scheduled between 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. Calls scheduled after 5:00pm and/or on weekends will be billed at the overtime rate of 1.5 times the standard $105.00 per hour rate.
Travel Rates: $75.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge)
Travel will be billed by the hour for travel time to and from the service call location.
Mileage: $0.45 per mile
Mileage charges will apply to all service calls scheduled outside of San Antonio, Texas. Local calls will only be charged the minimum travel rate of $75.00.
Travel Expenses: All travel expenses will be billed at cost.
Travel expenses include charges such as lodging, meals, airfare and rental car expenses.
Payment
Payment for all service work is due upon completion.
