Optimize your CNC design
for cost, quality and manufacturing speed.
A less than optimal CNC design may:
lead to material waste and excessive energy spend driving up costs and impacting environmental sustainability.
make the manufacturing process more complex, time-consuming and expensive.
result in products that are weaker, less reliable or have a lower quality finish, affecting their performance and longevity.
not scale well with increased production volumes, limiting your company’s ability to respond to growing market demand.
result in products with higher failure rates, leading to increased warranty claims and after-sale costs, impacting your company’s profit margins and brand reputation.
An optimized design now saves you a lot in the future.
CNC Solutions help you refine and optimize your CNC design for cost, quality and manufacturing speed.
With an optimized design for CNC manufacturing you will:
minimize scrap and energy spend; thus, contributing to cost savings and environmental sustainability.
require less machining time, fewer setups and tool changes making your production more efficient.
ensure precise tolerances and better finishes, leading to products with higher quality, functional performance and durability.
ensure greater design flexibility and innovation potential enabling your company to respond quickly to market changes or customer demands.
create room for more competitive pricing and higher profit margins.
lead to greater customer satisfaction, fostering your brand loyalty and repeat business.
For new projects or existing CNC parts
Make your limited design capabilities limitless
When starting a new project requiring specializing CNC machining, you want to make informed decisions about the feasibility, cost-effectiveness and sustainability of your designs.
When improving your existing CNC machined parts for better efficiency or new applications, you need design expertise to ensure that your new designs are optimized for precision and functionality and enhance the performance and reliability of your final products; while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Whatever is your case, you likely face limitations in your in-house design capabilities.
But you are not alone.
With CNC Solutions, you will collaborate with experienced design advisors, so you can overcome technical barriers, integrate advanced technologies and elevate the quality and innovation of your CNC parts and components.
With CNC Solutions, your limited design capabilities will become limitless.
How we work
Your steps to optimized design
STEP 1
Schedule a meetingWe’ll discuss your needs, objectives and specific requirements, including materials, tolerances and finish.
STEP 2
Develop your designWe’ll explore alternative concepts and present you design proposals, their feasibility, costs and timeline. We’ll then create detailed 3D models of the selected design.
STEP 3
Prototyping (optional)If you want, we’ll produce a prototype to validate the design and function. We’ll then refine it based on the testing and your feedback.
STEP 4
Final design and CAM programmingWe’ll translate the final CAD model into machine code (G-code) with optimized toopaths for efficiency, surface finish and tool wear. Together with the CAM files, you will also receive detailed documentation with technical drawings, material specifications and machining instructions.
